The Forum Search page is a good way to start because if you are experiencing a problem it's likely someone else has also experienced the same problem and has started a discussion about it.

  1. Email support@ScheduleWorld.com or post to a relevant forum.
  2. Include your SWorld account ID (number), or the email you signed up with.
  3. Include a description of the problem along with the time and timezone of your sync.
  4. If you can include a client debug log please do.
