Outlook Configuration

You can greatly enhance Outlook's capabilities by integrating it with ScheduleWorld. Doing so will enable you to sync Outlook's calendar, tasks, contacts and notes between any number of machines and devices.

[edit] Installation

1. The first thing to do is sign up for a ScheduleWorld account!
2. Install the best SyncML client for your system:
   1. Outlook 2003 and Office 2003 (or newer): funambol-outlook-plugin-7.0.7.exe
   2. Older Versions of Outlook/Office Install and Configure Funambol 3.0.15
   3. You can find the source here:
      1. http://www.scheduleworld.com/tg/clients30/funambol-outlook-plugin-src-7.0.7.zip
      2. http://www.scheduleworld.com/tg/clients30/funambol-outlook-plugin-src-3.0.15.zip
3. Configure the client using the username/password/URL you were emailed:
   1. URL: http://sync.scheduleworld.com/funambol/ds
   2. username: <the email you signed up with> <or your assigned ScheduleWorld ID (number)>
   3. password: <you were emailed your password>
   4. In sync settings, ensure Encryption is disabled. (see this link for more info)
