• Run the SyncML client from "Tools - Sync"
• Create a new sync profile "ScheduleWorld"
  • Set "Sync profile name" to "ScheduleWorld"
  • Configure "Applications"
    • Configure "Contacts"
      • Set "Include in sync" to "Yes"
      • Set "Remote database" to "card"
    • Configure "Calendar"
      • Set "Include in sync" to "Yes"
      • Set "Remote database" to "cal"
    • Configure "Notes"
      • Set "Include in sync" to "Yes"
      • Set "Remote database" to "note"
  • Configure "Connection settings"
    • Set "Host address" to "http://sync.scheduleworld.com/funambol/ds"
    • Set "User name" to your ScheduleWorld user ID
    • Set "Password" to your ScheduleWorld password

Open questions:

1. Symbian Calendar application seems to combine both calendar events and todo lists. How do I sync with ScheduleWorld that uses 2 databases (cal and task)?

Solution: Enable the 'Event and ToDo' (For Symbian devices only) option. You can find this option by:

1. Go to the HTML preferences page.
2. Click 'Edit Settings' for your phone. This button only shows up after your first sync, so you may want to just sync contacts on your first sync.

From 10/31 to 11/1, synchronization has been failing with the "System Error" message. However it is ok now.
