- Google does not have full recurrence support so you may lose some data.
- Google does not support arbitrary alarm times so your alarm times will be silently changed to support the closest earlier alarm time that Google supports.
- Sometimes Google fails to handle incoming data and responds with 'Internal Error'.
- There is a limit to the number of times you can sync in one day with Google. When you reach this limit your Google syncs will fail until your sync count has been reset (Google seems to reset this daily).
- There are two time zones that must be set for your sync to work as you expect:
- Each Google calendar has its own timezone setting.
- The Google 'Settings' link found on the top right corner of the Google Calendar page has a time zone that must be set too.
- Sync with Google failed:Internal Server ErrorService Error: Could not generate feed. I can only guess some of the reasons for this are:
- Google was in the middle of shutting down the machine you were routing to.
- Google has corrupted your data and can no longer read some of it or all of it.
- There is a permission problem on one of the shared calendars.
- Not a reason, but no one has ever persistently complained about this. This tells me it always seems to get resolved - though no one has mentioned how.
